I figured he is between mid 30's from early 40's, he was around 20 years when he joined in The Seekers of Carmot.

I have found him to be the other end of a horse and and full of himself. And lets face of it, your hair would turn white after getting your artificial arm ripped off, beaten with it, (rightfully so by Jace Beleren) split in to and then being resigned to being the bitch of Nicol Bolas.
To answer your question, even he does not know his own age. He was born to a father who dug through garbage for an uber-rare metal etherium (which he managed to find enough to give himself his first artificial arm) for survival, and a mother whos livelihood wasn't too much better. When he was born his parents didn't bother mark down the date and barely acknowledge him when he was a kid (except for occasional beatings because he was a mouth to feed and a potential 'assistant' to his dad. He figures he's in about his mid thrities.
